Customer owned cylinders in by Noon Tuesday are ready for pickup a week from the following Thursday by 9am unless a requalification is due on the cylinder.

Nitrogen

3 Day Rental Cylinders

WARNING

NEVER use any lubricant or oil on oxygen valves, regulators, fittings, or hoses. Compressed oxygen that comes into contact with oil or other petroleum based lubricants can create an explosion hazard.

Did you know?

The United States Department of Transportation regulates the transportation of all hazardous materials, including cylinder gases.

Cylinder Filling

The DOT does not allow a cylinder to be offered for transportation without the consent of the owner. Thus a cylinder cannot be filled without the consent of the owner. If you are interested to know more please see our FAQ on customer owned cylinders.

Acetylene Safety

Acetylene cylinders are very safe to use and handle. However safe use practices should always be followed. If the cylinder has been on its side allow it to stand upright 10 minutes for every hour it laid on its side. Never open the valve more than 1 1/4 turns so that you can quickly turn the valve off in case of an emergency.

Helium Safety

Helium is a simple asphyxant, and can be fatal if inhaled. Never allow anyone to inhale helium from a balloon or an inflator valve. If someone has suffered an exposure to helium, get them to fresh air and seek medical attention immediately.

Customer Owned Cylinders

All services for customer owned cylinders must be pre-paid. Also, any customer owned cylinder left at our facility for more than 90 days is subject to sale.
