Credit Applications

Applications

All applicants for a charge account and/or cylinder loan must complete an application. The type of application needed depends upon the entity.

Individual Applications

An individual application is used for the following type of accounts.

  • Individuals
  • Individuals or Partnerships that are Doing Business As (DBA) an entity
  • Sole Proprietorship Corporations
  • Limited Liability Partnerships

Corporate and Non-Profit

A corporate application is accepted for entities that are organized under the laws of the State of Texas, or another state within the US.

  • Class C Corporations
  • Limited Liability Corporations
  • 501c(3) Non-profit Organizations

Any corporate entity or non-profit organization that cannot provide sufficient information to extend credit may be allowed to submit an individual application doing business as the entity. This individual must be willing to accept all responsibility for the account, charges made to the account, and cylinders loaned.
